1. Service-Based Nature

Our offerings — including cloud migration, integration, business intelligence, digital commerce, staffing, web development, and SEO — are professional services delivered on a project or retainer basis. Because these services are customized to each client, refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

2. Project Deposits

• All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure our time and resources.

• The deposit amount and payment schedule will be detailed in the service agreement or proposal signed before work begins.

3. Cancellations

• Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has started (and after paying a deposit), we will refund any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

• After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has started, you will bill for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any payments made beyond that amount may  refund at our discretion.

• Cancellations must made in writing via email to info@spiderverse.ca.

4. Refunds

• Because our services are customized and time-based, full refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

• If Spider Verse unable to deliver the agreed-upon services for reasons within our control, a partial or full refund may issued depending on the circumstances.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

• We understand that project requirements may change. If you wish to reschedule or change the scope of work, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and adjust timelines or fees accordingly.

• Such changes may require a new agreement or addendum to the existing contract.

6. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party fees (such as hosting, domain names, software licenses, or advertising budgets) are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.

7. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will process within 10-20 business days to the original method of payment.

• International bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.
